CNC Sales Executive - Sales/Engineering Salary: Up to 45,000 basic + uncapped commission Package: Bonus scheme, AXA private healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working (minimum 2 days on site), mileage allowance (45p per mile).The Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a hunter mentality to drive new business and lead generation across the UK. You will take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, building relationships, generating tailored proposals, and managing opportunities through to completion.Key responsibilities include:60/40 split between new business and existing accountsBuilding a strong sales pipeline through research and networkingDeveloping tailored proposals and quotationsManaging a small sales team and mentoring juniorsAttending trade shows and industry eventsOffice based with travel as neededFull autonomy to deliver results on the road, onsite, or from the officeExperience and Skills:Proven background in business development (5-6 years)CNC industry experience essentialStrong sales/engineering knowledgeAmbitious and driven - someone who wants to grow with the companyComfortable with regular UK travelAble to commute to site when requiredWhy Join Us?
