Our client is an award-winning developer renowned for their bespoke, high-end residential projects. While typically based in Oxford, they are now delivering a major masterplan development in Southampton as part of a 10-year scheme.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching and driving sales performance on a brand-new site from day one. We are looking to introduce a results-driven-Project Sales Executive-to lead the first phase of sales.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential housing sector, with a strong focus on customer service and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
