Sales Executive

Location: Remote 

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, primarily within the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking

• Conduct discovery calls and product demos with agency decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Heads of Ops)

• Tailor pitches and proposals that solve specific pain points using AIAURA's feature set

• Manage and close deals through the full sales cycle using HubSpot CRM

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive ideally within recruitment sectors or Tech

• A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to listen, adapt, and solve

• Self-motivated and proactive able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
