The Role
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you''ll join a dynamic sales and customer service team supporting our global client base. You''ll receive full training on our products and processes, enabling you to build technical knowledge and sales expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales enquiries from initial contact through to after-sales support
- Supporting both office-based and field sales teams
- Handling inbound/outbound calls and emails
- Preparing and presenting detailed quotations
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Building and nurturing client relationships
- Assisting with sales administration and occasional trade events
You''ll bring at least two years of B2B office-based sales experience, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in luxury interiors and an understanding of the specification process are desirable.
