Sales Executive £35,465 (in probation) rising to £37,332 Remote/Peterborough Temporary Full-Time 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover We''re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in selling our shared ownership homes, supporting customers throughout their homeownership journey and helping us achieve our ambitious sales targets. About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing a professional and responsive service from initial enquiry through to completion. You''ll work closely with the Sales Manager, colleagues and external partners, you will support the marketing and sales of Shared Ownership homes, including new-build developments as well as resale and staircasing transactions, if required. You will guide customers through the sales process, assessing eligibility and affordability, arranging property viewings and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You''ll contribute to marketing activity and lead generation, maintain accurate sales records, work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors and our Development team, and help ensure homes are ready for successful handover and completion.
