Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Working 5 days out of 7, Monday - Sunday, between 8:30am and 8:00pm on a rota basis

The Role
As a Sales Executive, you''ll play a key role in growing the customer base through both inbound and outbound sales activity. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions and convert opportunities into sales.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that would suit someone who thrives on achieving results, enjoys speaking with customers and is motivated by earning uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls and online chats from prospective customers within a B2C environment.
- Identify customer needs and generate new sales opportunities.
- Clearly explain products, services, pricing and promotions to maximise conversions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensure all activity is carried out in line with GDPR regulations and internal quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records, systems and reporting.
- Develop strong internal working relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
What We''re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and experienced sales professionals who enjoy working in a target-driven contact centre environment and are passionate about delivering results.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience within a telesales, contact centre, inbound sales or outbound sales role.
- A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, proactive and resilient approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career in sales.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable
- Previous experience within the telecoms sector would be advantageous, although not essential.
