SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIRED FOR A LEADING NATIONAL WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING ORGANISATION

TITLE: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Waste management 

SALARY: £45–50K DOE, with uncapped commission, company car, and pension package

ROLE: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Waste management 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships while working closely with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. You will focus on uncovering new business opportunities, producing accurate sales reporting, and providing solutions to client needs. Regular customer visits across the Midlands will form a key part of your role, alongside collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. A major focus will be on improving waste management solutions and producing well-structured proposals that support growth and client satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE: Sales Executive / Business Development Manager - Waste management 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within Total Waste Management (TWM) solutions. You will demonstrate a history of surpassing sales targets, securing new accounts, and nurturing existing relationships, with clear evidence of increasing revenue and profit contribution. A full UK Driving Licence is required as this role covers the Midlands region.
