Are you a Sales Executive with experience of the sale and management of a portfolio of new homes? Based in Bracknell, my client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join their Development Team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for the sale and management of a portfolio of new homes, of both Shared Ownership and Market Sale tenure. Responsibilities: Ensure successful delivery of a sales programme across an allocated portfolio. Deliver pre-agreed sales targets, maximising lead conversion and closing sales. Responsible for progressing buyers through the sales process, undertaking accompanied viewings and liaising with solicitors, estates agents, lenders, developers and other property professionals as required. Process buyer s applications, ensuring that they undergo a detailed financial assessment and fulfil the qualifying criteria, including Anti Money Laundering regulations. Provide customers with a high level of professional advice applicable from the start to the end of our customer journey. Liaise closely with development team to obtain accurate plans, layouts and detailed information regarding allocated schemes at every stage of the development process Attend regular project meetings, relating to schemes you are overseeing.
