Sales Executive - (German Market)
Location: UK-Based in the SE with easy access to London
Travel to Germany 2-3 days per month

An established and highly respected international hospitality group is seeking a German-speaking Sales Executive to manage and grow its German portfolio from the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality sales professional who thrives in a reactive sales environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, converting opportunities, and developing strong partnerships across the German market.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing sales team, you will manage reactive enquiries from corporate clients, understanding their event requirements and delivering tailored proposals. You will build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a seamless client journey from enquiry through to confirmation.
Regular travel to Germany (2-3 days per month) will be required to maintain and strengthen client relationships and support the German portfolio.
Working mainly from home, you will be required to travel to London once a week to meet and work with the other mamabers of the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reactive sales enquiries for the German market
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Convert enquiries into confirmed business through consultative selling
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
Travel to Germany monthly to meet clients and support business development
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
About You
Fluent German speaker (essential)
Proven sales experience within hotels, hospitality, or meetings andamp; events
Strong track record of converting reactive enquiries
Skilled relationship builder with excellent communication abilities
Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
