THE ROLE
As a Car Sales Executive, you''ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the entire sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key responsibilities include:
·Meeting and exceeding vehicle sales targets
·Managing customer enquiries both in the showroom and digitally
·Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales and vehicle delivery process
·Delivering professional and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives
·Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and finance solutions
·Maintaining accurate customer records using the dealership management system
·Following up enquiries and generating repeat business through outstanding customer service
·Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team to maximise sales opportunities
 
ABOUT YOU
We''re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised main dealership
·A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
·Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
·A professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
·Self-motivation with a desire to maximise earning potential
·Excellent organisational and time management skills
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
·The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
