The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you''ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual sales and revenue targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Selling vehicles and associated products
·Managing inbound enquiries via telephone, email and in person
·Conducting professional customer appointments
·Building strong, long-term customer relationships
·Presenting vehicles and conducting demonstrations and test drives
·Advising customers on vehicle specifications, features and finance options
·Negotiating deals and successfully closing sales
·Managing vehicle orders, preparation and customer handovers
·Completing sales administration accurately
·Maintaining strong product knowledge across the vehicle range
·Delivering consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
 
About You
We''re looking for an ambitious and confident Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive with a proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
You''ll ideally have:
·Minimum 1 year''s sales experience
·Automotive sales experience is advantageous
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills
·Confident and persuasive approach
·Strong telephone and customer service skills
·Professional appearance and presentation
·Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive products
·Finance knowledge is advantageous
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Must be 23+ due to insurance requirements
