Hours: Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-6:00pm, with a day off during the week. Sunday, 10:30am-4:00pm, 1 in 5 rota.

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive, you''ll be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving your sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Proactively selling new and used vehicles to achieve individual sales targets.
·Responding to customer enquiries, arranging appointments and conducting vehicle demonstrations.
·Building strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
·Conducting test drives and presenting vehicle features and benefits.
·Discussing finance options, warranties and additional products where appropriate.
·Negotiating effectively to maximise sales opportunities and profitability.
·Managing customer enquiries and following up on potential sales.
·Ensuring all sales documentation and administration are completed accurately.
·Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and working towards dealership performance targets.
·Supporting the wider sales team to achieve business objectives.
 
About You
To be considered for this Car Sales Executive position, you''ll ideally have:
·A minimum of two years'' experience in automotive vehicle sales.
·A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
·Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
·The confidence to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
·A professional, enthusiastic and commercially focused approach.
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
·A full, valid UK driving licence.
