The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you''ll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving individual sales and financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle requirements
·Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
·Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
·Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
·Managing enquiries from showroom, telephone and online channels
·Advising customers on finance and additional products
·Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
·Following up enquiries and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
·Completing sales administration accurately
·Preparing vehicles and ensuring a smooth customer handover
·Achieving agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets
 
About You
We''re looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive.
You''ll ideally have:
·Previous sales or customer-facing experience
·Automotive sales experience is desirable but not essential
·Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
·Confident and professional approach
·Strong commercial awareness
·Ability to work towards and achieve targets
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
