SALES EXECUTIVE
Looking for an opportunity where your ambition and sales skills can make a real impact? We''re recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a fast-growing international events business, either on a temporary or permanent basis. Working from a vibrant Wimbledon office, you''ll focus on proactive outbound sales and event space bookings while collaborating with a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic B2B environment spanning multiple global industries.

SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:

Working to win new business via proactive outbound calls
Working to monthly KPIs for selling exhibition space
Working collaboratively with the marketing team to access new leads
Generating leads through market research and networking
Attending industry events to access new business opportunities
Managing a high volume of outbound calls, resulting in 90+ minutes of connected call time daily
Creating pitches for prospective companies to win business
Working across different industry events
Travelling to different event locations, including international travel where required
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals
Maintaining relationships with exhibitors, sponsors and industry contacts to drive repeat business
Handling enquiries and negotiating contracts
Maintaining an in-house CRM and Excel-based system to track progress

SALES EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALS:

Having a minimum of 6 months'' outbound sales experience
Having phone-based sales experience
Having B2B sales experience
Working to and achieving sales KPIs

SALES EXECUTIVE BENEFITS:

Working fully office-based, with hours of 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
Earning commission at 10% of monthly billings, with an annual discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance
