This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales, customer service or a commercial environment who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.Working with both retail and commercial customers, you will play a key role in driving sales, preparing quotations and developing long-term customer relationships while contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch.Sales Executive ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face.Prepare quotations, estimates and tenders to meet customer requirements.Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities.Convert quotations into confirmed orders and manage the sales process through to completion.Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the CRM system.Liaise with Operations, Production and Transport teams to ensure customer expectations ..... full job details .....
