Car Sales Executive Main Dealership Location: Newbury Salary: Basic £18k, OTE £55k Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pms (Day off in week). Saturday''s 8.30am 5.30pm, 1 in 2 Sundays 10am to 4pm) The Role Join a thriving main car dealership in Newbury as an experienced Sales Executive. Duties Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets Build strong relationships with customers and provide a premium dealership experience Handle vehicle finance, add-ons, and warranty upselling Maintain accurate customer contact and deal records in the CRM system Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up leads Develop detailed product knowledge across all manufacturer vehicles Requirements Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a main dealership or automotive retailer Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Target-driven and motivated to deliver results Confident with digital enquiry systems and finance processes Full UK Driving Licence essential Benefits OTE of £55,000 Manufacturer training and career development Company car and staff vehicle discounts Supportive team and strong ..... full job details .....
