Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a successful motor dealership in the Swindon area. About the Sales Executive role: Basic salary + uncapped commission. OTE 35- 45K in first year Company car + excellent benefits Comprehensive ongoing training will be provided Working 5 days per week across Monday to Saturday (you will get a day off in the week) Working hours are 8:30am-6pm, with 1 late night per week until 9pm (Tues or Thurs) Potential for career progression Permanent role to start asap Based in Swindon Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive role: Sell new and used vehicles, along with associated products including finance, insurance and paint protection etc Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the entire sales process Generate leads through prospecting, follow-up calls, showroom enquiries and online leads Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets, including finance and product penetration Accurately record customer data in line with FCA requirements Experience / Key Skills requires for the Sales Executive role: A full UK manual driving licence is essential Proven experience within a sales environment (experience within the motor industry is not essential as training will be provided).
