Location: North West (covering Midlands & North West)

We''re recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of industrial flooring and surfacing systems. Known for high-performance solutions across commercial and industrial sectors, they''re seeking a Sales Engineer to grow business and manage client accounts in the Midlands and North West.

The Role:
A great opportunity for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys project-based selling, client relationship management, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an existing client base within the region

• Identify and win new business

• Conduct site visits and propose tailored solutions

• Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals

• Attend meetings and coordinate internally to support project delivery

• Assist with RAMS, planning, and installation handovers

• Track sales activity and forecast performance

• Represent the company at trade shows and events

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering

• Proven new business development and account management experience

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to interpret client needs and offer engineered solutions

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience in flooring, resin coatings, cladding, decking, or similar prefabricated materials

Desirable:

• Background in civil engineering or construction

• Experience working with contractors, FMs, or end-users in commercial/industrial settings

Benefits:

• Salary from -38,000 (negotiable)

• Quarterly sales bonus + annual company bonus
