Summary of the Sales Engineer/Estimator role Salary: £30,000 Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday Thursday 7am-4.30pm if not working Friday.If working the Friay shift the hours are 8am-4.30pm Monday - Thursday 1 in 4 Fridays Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer/Estimator Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirementsRespond to technical sales enquiriesProduce accurate quotes and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents this will involve looking at technical drawings.Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product educationBuild and promote strong customer relationshipsOffer after-sales serviceReceive and accurately log customer sales enquiriesProgress customer orders to completion and notify customers with any changes.
