Sales Engineer/ Estimator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer/Estimator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the Sales Engineer/Estimator role Salary: £30,000 Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday Thursday 7am-4.30pm if not working Friday.If working the Friay shift the hours are 8am-4.30pm Monday - Thursday 1 in 4 Fridays Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer/Estimator Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirementsRespond to technical sales enquiriesProduce accurate quotes and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents this will involve looking at technical drawings.Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product educationBuild and promote strong customer relationshipsOffer after-sales serviceReceive and accurately log customer sales enquiriesProgress customer orders to completion and notify customers with any changes. Requirements for a successful Sales Engineer/Estimator Experience working a similar role Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously What our Client offers Working hours 7am-4.30pm Monday Thursday providing a healthy work-life balance.
