Sales EngineerCovering East of England Purpose of the Position: Propose technical solutions to address specific customer needs. Work with colleagues in the tender team to produce quotations and documents for metering and switchgear product ranges. Assist customers and the UK Sales team by providing technical support on large projects. Visit key customers for training, product updates, and project meetings. Visit project sites for commissioning, training, and hand-over.Key Responsibilities:Produce quotations and tender documents for the Power Switching and Monitoring product rangesAttend pre and post tender meetings as company representativeAttend pre-delivery project meetings as company representativeAttend post-delivery project sites for commissioning, training, and hand-overUtilise corporate tools (CRM, Support Line) to maintain technical support service levelsAttend customer sites as an expert in fault finding, commissioning, and supporting CIM teamProvide internal and external training for key stakeholders (sales team, CIM, system integrators, large customers)Develop companies UK''s range of integrated productsGenerate new business opportunities and prepare and follow up quotationsWork with the national sales manager to deliver area commercial action plansProvide constructive feedback on customer technical requirementsAdditional tasks as required in line with department/company strategic goals Key Internal and External Interfaces:External: panel builders, distributors, ..... full job details .....
