Sales Engineer /Business Development Executive

Our client, a UK-based manufacturer of industrial motor control technology, is seeking a motivated and technically minded Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive to join their team. The company is renowned for its engineering excellence, offering advanced motor control solutions across the globe.Key Responsibilities:Sales Growth and Business DevelopmentGenerate and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activity.Identify opportunities within OEMs, machine builders, industrial manufacturers, and systems integrators.Target replacement and upgrade opportunities within existing DC drive installations.Support growth of AC drives offerings, including new product introductions and energy recovery solutions.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.Develop account growth plans and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Conduct regular customer reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with distributors and reseller networks to maximise market reach.Technical Sales SupportUnderstand customer applications and recommend appropriate AC and DC drive solutions.Provide technical product guidance and initial application support.Liaise with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.Pipeline and Commercial ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.Manage opportunities through ..... full job details .....
