We are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/x) with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset to support the implementation of our new CRM system in close collaboration with business units, IT and external partners.Job Description

Management of a strategically important large-scale project for the group-wide implementation of a CRM system, with responsibility for organizational control and structured execution across all project phasesPlanning, steering, and monitoring of the project in terms of timeline, budget, resources, quality, and risksCoordination of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal business units, IT, external service providers, and implementation partnersPromotion of company-wide collaboration and acceptance through clear communication within the project and with stakeholders at all levelsEnsuring structured training measures and effective change managementPreparation and maintenance of project documentation, status reports, and presentations to support decision-making and ensure project transparencyQualifications

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in managing complex IT projects, ideally with a focus on CRM systemsStrong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI, etc.)Technical understanding and strong affinity for IT systems and tools (e.g., SAP ERP, Jira, Confluence etc.)Fluent German and good English skillsExcellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skillsAdditional Information
