Sales Engineer

A Taunton based manufacturer of electronics components is now looking for a Sales Engineer to join their Team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support customers with their product and service choices. Within the role you will be working closely with a diverse range of customers across the UK, with a focus on providing both technical support and commercial information/pricing etc. On a daily basis you will be talking with Engineers, Scientists, Researchers and Managers via phone and email, with occasional visits to customer sites. Your role will be to understand customer requirements, suggest the best solutions and provide availability and pricing. The successful candidate will have both strong technical, and communication skills, and should be highly organised with a focus on providing excellent customer support. Product training will be given, but an understanding of engineering / science / electronics is required. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in a technical sales role within an engineering / technical / manufacturing environment is essential for this role.
