The Role Acting as the "enablement voice in the room," you will manage BPO enablement programs end-to-end across third-party vendor partners across international regions. You will hold external vendor partners accountable for consistent, high-quality delivery on the floor while ensuring every partner follows strict governance frameworks, playbooks, and certification standards.
