Our client is a hugely successful global organization specialising in CRM software solutions to the SME marketplace. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Training Specialist for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week at their prestigious UK headquarters in central London. Skills 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and sales training roles. Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders. Ability to motivate and guide others to act. Docebo, coaching and call evaluation systems (GSET), Slack or Amazon Connect. Experience in SaaS Sales especially CRM and Marketing solutions. Experience working with various AI tools would prove useful. Duties The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful. Onboarding new hires Delivering ongoing learning that drives performance improvement. Review sales calls to identify coaching opportunities and skill gaps.
