Sales / Ecommerce Account Executive Job Type: Permanent Location: Swindon (hybrid working) Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch) Salary: £38,000 basic salary + quarterly and annual bonus (OTE approx. £6,000 per year) A well-established global consumer brand is seeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of online marketplace customers and help drive the continued growth of its ecommerce channel. This role offers strong variety across account management, ecommerce trading, sales and commercial analysis, within a collaborative and commercially focused environment. The Role Reporting into the Channel Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of key sales, ecommerce, marketplace accounts. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, combining data analysis, relationship management and commercial thinking to grow sales, optimise product ranges and support product launches. What You Will Be Doing Manage and develop long-term relationships with designated key accounts, acting as their primary point of contact Drive account growth through strategic planning, joint business plans, and aligning customer objectives with company goals. Monitor account performance, analyse sales data, and prepare regular business reviews for internal and external stakeholders Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements, and promotional activities to maximise profitability and ..... full job details .....
