Due to a huge expansion plan, they re now able to recruit a Sales Director to manage multiple sales and success teams and drive their turnover from £10 million to £100 million over the next 3 years. What You''ll Do Own and scale all revenue-generating functions marketing, sales, and customer success Develop and execute revenue strategies to expand recurring revenue Build and lead high-performance teams across demand generation, funnel optimisation, and customer acquisition Lead global expansion initiatives and unlock new verticals, channels, and markets Collaborate with the CEO and exec team to align growth with product, brand, and customer success The Candidate Proven success in scaling a recurring revenue businesses (training, coaching, SaaS, membership, or similar) A track record of taking companies from multi-million to tens (or hundreds) of millions in revenue Deep expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and conversion strategy Experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and disrupting traditional industries Ability to commute into Peterborough ..... full job details .....
