As a result of a growth plan, the board are looking to enhance their Senior Management team with an experienced Sales Director, who has UK Construction sector sales experience, to focus on Sales in the UK and Ireland. A strategic sales role that reports into the Board, the Sales Director will lead the functions of New Business Development , Client Development , Specification Sales, and Account Management. Based in the company HQ in Worcestershire the Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that supports the company s ambitious growth plans. This includes developing a high-performing sales team, driving customer acquisition and retention, and expanding into new markets whilst maintaining the company s strong brand reputation.
