We''re looking for an ambitious Sales Director to take ownership of an established and growing sales function, driving revenue, building high-performing teams, and creating a scalable commercial strategy that delivers exceptional growth.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you''ll have the autonomy to shape the sales engine, influence business strategy, and play a pivotal role in the next stage of the company''s growth journey.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Developing and executing the sales strategy to drive significant revenue growth
• Leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing sales team
• Owning forecasting, pipeline management and sales performance
• Building robust sales processes and value-based selling methodologies
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business
• Managing key customer relationships and supporting major commercial opportunities
• Creating a culture of accountability, development and success

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior commercial leadership role
• A track record of delivering substantial year-on-year revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing successful sales teams
• Experience across multiple sales channels, including specification-led sales
• Commercially astute, data-driven and highly organised
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Someone who is humble, driven, proactive and passionate about continuous improvement
• If you come from a construction background or construction materials background - this would be ideal
