Hold full PandL and overall accountability for UK performance; set and deliver the commercial plan.Lead sales and operations day to day; shape structure, process and cadence; hire and develop the commercial team.Drive growth through direct sales, partnerships and key accounts; open doors across the golf ecosystem (operators, venues, brands, channels).Expand into EMEA with a phased go-to-market (market mapping, channel strategy, early lighthouse wins).Report to the Board; deliver agreed milestones tied to bonus and potential equity.About you

hands-on commercial leader from the golf sector
— likely a
Sales Director / Commercial Director
ready to step into an MD remit.A track record of winning and scaling in golf (e.g., B2B solutions, services, products).Proven PandL ownership, planning and execution; comfortable building process from the ground up.Credible with senior stakeholders across golf (operators, brands, distributors, groups).You bring structure, focus and a long-term business plan — and you''re happy rolling up sleeves to make it happen.What''s on offer
