Sales Director Leeds Offering circa £70,000 Basic Salary plus Benefits Technical Prospects is currently recruiting an experienced and driven Sales Director on behalf of our established packaging client based in Leeds. This senior leadership role has been created to accelerate growth within the pharmaceutical packaging sector, with a particular emphasis placed on bespoke packaging solutions. The Sales Director will lead the commercial strategy and execution for the pharmaceutical packaging division, and take full ownership of the commercial function developing strategy and driving revenue growth. This Sales Director position requires a dynamic sales leader with deep pharmaceutical industry expertise, proven business development success, and the ability to build strong, long-term client relationships. Sales Director Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a sales strategy to expand the company s presence in the pharmaceutical packaging markets. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, CROs, CMOs, and food industry leaders. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing, consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets. Build, nurture, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts. Work closely with operations, RandD, and quality teams to ensure tailored, compliant solutions that meet customer requirements.
