With retirement on the horizon, the current sales director is seeking a successor to shadow him for a year to learn the client base and prepare for taking over the role. The role combines managing existing accounts with developing new business, ideally in litho or digital print, to support long-term growth and sustainability.Responsibilities

Shadow the current Sales Director for a year to learn client relationships and business processes.Manage and develop existing accounts while building a strong pipeline of new business.Devise and implement the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable sales activities.Build credible, trusting relationships at all levels with clients and internal teams.Lead and inspire the sales team; adapt leadership style to diverse teams; delegate effectively.Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.Qualifications and Experience

Experience in the printing industry with a track record of client development and sales growth.Established contact base and ability to bring in new business (preferably in litho or digital print).Strong communication skills, able to express ideas clearly and confidently.Proven leadership and delegation abilities; professional, inspiring, and motivating.Ability to understand client perspectives and translate requirements into action.Contact
