Sales Director

Greys Specialist Recruitment are recruiting for an established corporate solutions business seeking an experienced Sales Director to take ownership of its sales function and lead the team through its next stage of growth. This is a senior, management led position with responsibility for the performance and development of the existing sales team, alongside the wider direction of the sales function. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the sales strategy, maintaining performance and ensuring the team has the structure, accountability and direction to deliver. A key part of the role will be developing the existing sales team and creating the foundations for continued growth. You will also be instrumental in the recruitment, onboarding and development of new sales hires as the function grows, giving you the opportunity to shape the team and how it operates. The role will include: Leading and managing the existing sales function Developing and implementing the wider sales strategy Setting targets, KPIs and performance expectations Managing pipeline, forecasting and conversion performance Coaching, developing and managing sales performance Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of new sales hires Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and performance Driving new business and sustainable revenue growth Developing and maintaining key commercial relationships Supporting significant opportunities and senior ..... full job details .....
