Sales Director - Data Centre Salary up to 170,000 + Bonus + Package Clear. are currently working with a rapidly growing data centre business that is expanding its presence across the Neo Cloud and Hyperscale markets. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Director to take ownership of their commercial strategy and drive new business across some of the most significant data centre clients in the market.As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company''s sales strategy across key data centre accounts, with a particular focus on Neo Cloud and Hyperscale customers.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing a strategic sales plan across the Hyperscale and Neo Cloud data centre marketBuilding and maintaining senior-level relationships with key clients, developers, operators and technology businessesIdentifying new market opportunities, upcoming data centre developments and major infrastructure programmesDeveloping strategic account plans and converting relationships into long-term revenueOwning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to commercial negotiation and contract awardWorking closely with technical, project and operational teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirementsLeading high-value tenders, proposals and commercial negotiationsDeveloping the company''s presence within new and emerging data centre marketsRepresenting the business at industry events and within senior client ..... full job details .....
