This is a senior leadership position overseeing multi-site branches, with a strong focus on generating sales growth, improving margins, maximising opportunities, and motivating sales teams to perform at the highest level. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, improving branch performance, and driving a proactive sales culture throughout the business.
