About the Role What you''ll be responsible for • Driving growth - Develop and deliver a clear commercial strategy, combining organic growth with targeted acquisition opportunities. • Expanding our market position - Identify new opportunities, strengthen key customer relationships and unlock new sources of revenue. • Leading the sales function - Lead and develop an experienced team, and recruit fresh talent, to drive performance, accountability and capability for the future. • Building strategic relationships - Develop strong partnerships with new customers and work collaboratively across Ireland, the UK and wider Group. • Delivering results - Set clear direction, manage performance and investment effectively, and deliver against ambitious commercial objectives.
