This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader who understands how to build momentum behind a brand, drive customer growth, and lead from the front in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. It is growing quickly, investing in its people, and now looking for a senior commercial operator who can help take the UK business through its next stage of growth. The role will suit someone who has operated successfully within branded consumer goods, ideally with experience of challenger brands, premium brands, or high-growth FMCG environments. You will need to bring strong customer management experience, commercial discipline, and the ability to develop both strategy and execution across retail, grocery, impulse, convenience, wholesale, and wider commercial channels.
