About Rapid Access

Rapid Access Ltd manufactures and supplies access panels and riser doors from its base in Nuneaton.

Its products go into construction and architectural projects across the UK. The business is growing, and this role joins its sales team.

The package

• £14.26 an hour, 39 hours a week
• Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends
• No telesales or construction experience needed

The role

You''ll speak to architects and contractors about upcoming projects and spot where Rapid Access products fit. When there''s a real opportunity, you pass a qualified lead to sales.  Success is measured against weekly and monthly lead targets.

What you''ll do

• Call architects, main contractors and subcontractors using the in-house database and Glenigan
• Qualify each project: what it is, when it starts, and who makes the decisions
• Log every call and keep customer records up to date in the CRM
• Hand qualified leads to the sales team and track how they progress
• Work with sales and marketing to turn leads into real opportunities
• Hit your weekly and monthly lead generation targets

What you''ll need (essential)

• Confidence making outbound calls to businesses
• Basic IT skills, including updating records on a CRM or database
• Useful, not essential
• Telemarketing, telesales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Experience using Glenigan

Working arrangements

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire | Fully on-site

Contract: Permanent | Full-time | 39 hours a week

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5pm, Friday 8:30am–4pm
