The Role of Sales Development Representative This isn''t a cold data role. You''ll be working from an extensive internal CRM, speaking with warm, existing and previously engaged businesses to reintroduce the company''s software platform, generate interest and qualify opportunities for the senior sales team. Your role is to create quality conversations and book product demonstrations, allowing the Account Executives to manage the full sales process. Responsibilities Of A Sales Development Representative Contact warm and existing business contacts from the company CRM. Re-engage previous customers and dormant opportunities. Introduce the company''s technology platform and generate interest. Qualify opportunities before booking demonstrations for the senior sales team.
