Sales Development Representative The Role We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing financial services business specialising in solutions for the UK recruitment sector. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to businesses, building relationships and generating new opportunities, with a clear route to developing a long-term career within business development and sales. You will be responsible for identifying prospective recruitment businesses, engaging with decision-makers, understanding their requirements and qualifying opportunities before handing them across to the wider commercial team. Key Responsibilities Identify and research prospective recruitment agencies and businesses. Proactively contact potential clients through phone, email and LinkedIn. Speak with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers. Introduce the company''s finance and business solutions and understand their requirements. Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities against agreed criteria. Build relationships with prospects and create genuine interest in the proposition. Book qualified meetings and opportunities for the Business Development team. Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information within the CRM. Follow up consistently with prospective clients to develop opportunities. Work closely with the wider sales and account management teams to maximise conversion.
