SDR Manager – Newcastle (Hybrid: 3 Days in Office)
— This Sales Development Manager role is based in Newcastle with a hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in the office per week). You will lead and coach a growing team of 8 SDRs, driving outbound prospecting strategy, pipeline generation, and early-stage sales engagement. Your mission is to enhance team performance, refine processes, and align with broader sales targets and marketing efforts.Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 SDRsDesign and implement prospecting strategies to increase qualified opportunitiesMonitor KPIs and rep performance to ensure pipeline goals are hitCollaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaign alignment and messagingSupport onboarding and continuous learning to maintain high performanceShape the demand generation engine and ensure smooth handoffs to closing sales teamsWhat We’re Looking For
2+ years in SDR leadership (ideally in tech or SaaS)Background in SDR leadership with familiarity with the construction sectorStrong understanding of outbound prospecting tools and best practices (Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Data-driven mindset with a motivational leadership styleAbility to thrive in a hybrid environment with in-office collaborationSeniority level
