Sales Designer

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established interiors business with the recruitment of a Sales Designer. Permanent, full-time position based in Sheffield. This is a customer-focused sales and design role, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and create tailored kitchen and interior solutions from initial consultation through to installation. Key Responsibilities Meet with customers to understand their design requirements, preferences and budgets. Create detailed kitchen and interior designs using CAD and design software. Present design concepts clearly and guide customers through available options. Recommend suitable materials, finishes, appliances and accessories. Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products and upgrades. Manage customer enquiries and maintain regular follow-up throughout the sales process. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and installation teams. Maintain accurate project records and customer information. Keep up to date with design trends, product ranges and new solutions. Deliver a high standard of customer service from initial consultation through to completion. Skills and Experience Previous experience within kitchen design, interior design, furniture design or a similar sales/design role. Strong customer-facing and consultative sales skills.
