What''s involved?Fully support the administration, customer service, and sales lead developmentIdentify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximise revenueUnderstand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotionsGenerate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationshipsProduce quotations and written confirmations to all clientsProduce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the DOS or Sales Manager, to include the reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leadsMonitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure a positive business experienceArrange and carry out Hotel show arounds Requirements: Preferably 12 months Sales Coordinator experience (Reactive) within hospitality or similarIdeally experienced with INFOR but training can be providedExcellent communication both verbally and writtenPlease note only applicants ..... full job details .....
