This is a varied position where you will play a key role in supporting the full sales cycle, managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring a high level of service delivery across multiple internal departments. What will you be doing? Managing customer accounts and building strong long-term relationships Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Processing sales orders and coordinating deliveries through to dispatch Liaising with internal departments including Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to resolve supply and delivery issues Monitoring stock availability and managing customer orderbooks Producing sales quotations, forecasts, KPI reports, and customer presentations Analysing customer consumption data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting documentation Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing ideas to improve service levels and operational efficiency ..... full job details .....
