Sales Coordinator

My client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to join their team, offering a varied position combining sales, design administration and project coordination.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Director, customers, suppliers and internal teams to take opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation and order handover. You’ll have the opportunity to manage costings and quotations, follow up sales leads, coordinate the Design Team’s workload, support project delivery and maintain the Salesforce pipeline, giving you a varied role where your organisation and commercial skills can make a real difference.

The Sales Coordinator role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things moving. Your experience with sales processes, customer relationship management and Excel will give you a strong foundation, while your analytical, organised and proactive approach will help you confidently coordinate multiple priorities, deadlines and customer requirements.

* £30,000–£35,000 per year, dependent on experience

* Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

As Sales Coordinator, you’ll become an important link between Sales, Design, Production, Marketing and Project Management, helping ensure that customer requirements are understood and opportunities progress smoothly through the business.
