This role is key to ensuring all rental sales and sales enquiries are processed accurately and efficiently, while delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.You will play a vital part in supporting the sales and service teams, managing rental agreements from enquiry through to installation, and helping to drive departmental objectives, particularly within our expanding rental division.Key ResponsibilitiesManage rental enquiries from initial lead through to installationProcess quotes, manage new and existing rental agreements, and follow through to completionFollow up overdue rental agreement paymentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing rental customersProvide account and end-user coverage when sales staff are unavailableProcess sales orders accurately and within required timeframesArrange and coordinate equipment supply and installations for non-rental sales when requiredTrack and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completionLiaise effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issuesPlace and follow up service calls as requiredProvide administrative support to the ..... full job details .....
