What You''ll Be Doing

- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, quotes, and orders-responding within 24 hours
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth order progression and delivery
- Support cross-border collaboration to meet customer needs and project timelines
- Maintain accurate records and business documentation
- Monitor forecasts and project pipelines to anticipate customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement by minimizing errors and initiating corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with documented processes and standards

What You''ll Bring

- Minimum 2 years'' experience in a customer-facing support or sales role
- Prior experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong SAP knowledge and technical understanding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Team-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of international supply chain networks
