This is a varied role supporting the sales process from enquiry through to dispatch, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to marketing and exhibition activities. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for customer sales enquiries and provide outstanding customer service.Process and manage customer orders across multiple sales channels, including website, email, telephone, wholesale platforms, and exhibitions.Coordinate order amendments, back orders, dispatch updates, and customer communications.Prepare order confirmations, proforma invoices, and follow up outstanding payments.Maintain accurate customer, product, stock, and order records using internal systems.Monitor stock availability and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.Coordinate the transfer of orders to warehouse and fulfilment teams, ensuring invoicing accuracy.Follow up website enquiries and sales leads, identifying opportunities to generate repeat business.Attend trade exhibitions, promote products, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Produce regular sales reports and support ..... full job details .....
