This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone starting their career who is eager to learn, work hard and progress within the Bank. This is a fully office-based role where you will play a key part in keeping the sales function organised, efficient and moving forward. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in to a Business Development role in the future. The role:Supporting Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks Managing and updating CRM systems and internal databases Preparing sales documents, ESIS/ DIPs, sales calculations, file set up, amendments Coordinating internal processes to support the sales cycle Liaising with BDEs to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time Liaise with lending operations to ensure deals progress to underwriting Tracking progress of deals and maintaining accurate records Assisting with data entry, analysis and reporting Ensuring all admin tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail Experience: Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams Previous admin experience is beneficial but not essential ..... full job details .....
